Jefe Gaviota

Son aquellos jefes que no aparecen hasta que el empleado comete un error. Entonces llegan, montan un revuelo, lo llenan todo de mierda y se marchan.

Sea gull partners are not around until there is a problem. Then they fly in, make a lot of noise, dump on everybody, and then fly out.
